After receiving your SIM card:
- Call 02 580 91 00
- Choose the option ‘activate sim card’ and follow the instructions.
When transferring from another network, activation may take up to 24 hours (weekends not included).
Once your old operator’s signal disappears, you can place your Citymesh SIM card into your device.
- Your SIM card comes without a PIN code. We recommend adding one for your security. Check your phone manual for setup instructions.
- Ensure that your phone is updated to the latest OS.
- Set up your mobile data via the APN settings.
- Enable VoLTE if your phone supports it.
